Dreamland Corp's Disability Employee Resource Group (ERG) meets bi-weekly to foster collaboration, advance accessibility initiatives, and create a more inclusive workplace for employees with disabilities. These sessions provide an open forum for members to discuss challenges, share feedback, and collaborate on key projects. Whether brainstorming new ideas or planning upcoming events, the meetings are a vital space for advocacy, support, and community building.
